  • Who is Lee Honish?

    Lee Honish is a career Loss Mitigator and Asset Manager. He started his real estate career in 1986 working for Invescor Inc and as a REO liquidator for Beneficial of California doing asset management and property management. He went on to work for Homecomings GMAC (pre merge and post merge) as an asset manager and property manager. Finally, he went to work as an asset manager at Indy Mac Bank. As the market started to turn he was moved to be the head of Loss Mitigation for the Home Equity Divisions (HELOC). As the head of Loss Mitigation Lee negotiated hundreds of files weekly and maintained the highest return rate of record in the short sale industry.

    Since Lee left the bank to "pay" for his sins of stealing agent's commissions as a loss mitigator, he has taught tens of thousands of agents, across the nation, how to keep their commission and close short sales fast, on his mission to help a million home owners avoid foreclosure.
